本服务是Capitalmaster Pte Ltd为用户提供的AI驱动的智能投研工具与相关课程资讯服务，具体包括：
「夺宝奇兵AI」投研系统的7天免费使用权，免费体验期结束后，除非用户另行明确订阅付费服务，否则不会自动收费。
市场研究教育内容，由第三方讲师提供的教育内容；
JohnLu Market Lab粉丝专属AI工作流服务积分及相关社群服务；
本公司通过落地页、官方渠道提供的其他相关资讯与增值服务。
服务定位
本服务中所有内容、工具、模型分析结果、分析报告及课程资料，均仅为教育、研究与信息交流目的，不构成任何投资建议、推荐或邀约。您应独立判断并自行承担所有投资风险。
本网站不会收集、上传或用于广告定向任何金融账户信息、身份证件号码、银行卡资料、证券账户信息或政府签发身份信息。
二、用户资格与注册义务
用户资格
本服务仅面向年满18周岁且具备完全民事行为能力的用户。未满18周岁的个人不得注册、领取福利或提交个人信息。
注册信息

provided by Capitalmaster Pte Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or
“us”). Before accessing or using the Service, please carefully read
the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing, registering
for, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
This Service does not constitute regulated financial advisory
services under Singapore’s Financial Advisers Act 2001. The Company
does not act as a licensed financial adviser and does not provide
personalized investment advice, securities recommendations, or
portfolio management services.
The Company does not provide any personalized investment advisory
services, nor does it recommend securities or financial products
based on any user’s financial condition, risk tolerance, or
investment objectives.
1. Service Overview and Definitions
1.1 Service Content
The Service provides AI-driven market research tools and related
educational information services, including but not limited to:
A 7-day free trial access to the “Treasure Raider AI” research
platform. After the free trial period ends, users will not be
automatically charged unless they expressly subscribe to paid
services separately;
Market research educational content provided by third-party
instructors;
AI workflow service credits and related community services for
JohnLu Market Lab followers;
Other related informational and value-added services provided
through landing pages, official channels, or related platforms.
1.2 Service Positioning
All content, tools, model output, analysis reports, and course
materials under this Service are provided solely for educational,
research, and informational purposes. They do not constitute
investment advice, recommendations, solicitations, or invitations.
Users are solely responsible for making independent decisions and
bearing all investment risks.
This website will not collect, upload, or use for advertising
targeting any financial account information, identification
numbers, bank card details, securities account information, or
government-issued identity information.
2. User Eligibility and Registration Obligations
2.1 User Eligibility
The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18

data and algorithms. The Company does not guarantee any profit,
return, or specific investment outcome.
Free trial benefits (such as 7-day access) are limited-time
promotional offerings. The Company reserves the right to modify,
suspend, or terminate such benefits in accordance with applicable
promotional rules.
Users acknowledge that interruptions, delays, errors, or data
inaccuracies may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical
failures, or force majeure events. The Company will use reasonable
efforts to restore services but shall not be liable for related
losses.

belong to the Company and are protected under Singapore and
international intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
The Company grants users a personal, non-commercial,
non-transferable, limited license solely for learning and research
purposes.
Users may not:
Copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit
Service content;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble software or AI models;
Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary
notices.
4.3 User-Generated Content

questions, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide,
